The staff was great. We did a park and fly for spring break and they dropped us off early in the morning and was waiting for us when we arrived back at the airport a week later. The staff member I talked to on the phone (Mercedes?) was super helpful in arranging the park and fly. Very organized and easy to do. The hotel was clean.

Big improvement with cleanliness!! I stay here all the time. When I was there in December it wasn’t kept up very well, sometimes my rooms weren’t clean and sheets didn’t look like they were changed. I just stayed there now in July and it was amazing!!! So clean smelled so nice sheets were fresh toilet paper restocked bathroom nice and clean. It was incredible. I’m definitely impressed and glad cuz I stay here all the time. I guess maybe they got new cleaning staff, but it’s amazing.

I liked how accommodating the receptionist was to make a room available early for me even though I called two days prior and made a request. I had everything I needed in the room and even more with the facilities that I wish I had time for.

Breakfast was awesome! The GSA who allowed us a room move was very guest friendly and was able to rectify the issue we were experiencing in our first assigned room promptly. The 2nd room we were assigned was fantastic!

Great affordable place not far from the conference center. Great breakfast in the morning. Large clean rooms. My only issues were that the ice machine on my floor was not working, and I have a huge pet peeve with hotels and small square pillows for the bed. Entitled else was just fine.

Great beds! Friendly staff. Late checkout rate is very reasonable. Overall great stay. Love the breakfast, bit wish it was open a little later.

Front desk staff accommodated a room switch for me right after check-in. I was on the front side of the building facing the parking lot. There was a lot of noise from the lot. Staff allowed me to take a room on the back side of the building with no hesitation. It was much more quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfasts were very, very good. Location was close to major highways and restaurants.

Great breakfast, service desk was very nice! We needed 2 more pillows and they brought them right up! I asked for a late check out and they gave us until 1230!

Room looked great. Bed felt wonderful. 2 TV's were very nice. Front desk personnel were helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended. I will for sure stay here in all of my future travels to Lansing. Overall great stay.Breakfast was great ( waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, juices coffee etc) and very large eating room with 2 TV's and plenty of tables .
